♕ Make Up Look ♕ Tropical Eyes ♕

Today's look is colourful, bright, very summery! I don't know about you, but even though I really love wintertime I'm quite sick of cold and bad weather... I'm so ready for summer and getting back to mermaiding! *_* So last week, while waiting for warmer temperatures, I created this makeup - that feels so tropical thanks to the shades used!

Most of the shades used are by Makeup Geek Cosmetics - the more I use them, the more I feel the urge to buy more XD Needless to say, the remaining shades are by NABLA Cosmetics!

I chose all tropical shades - light and deep blue, aqua and teal... Plus I added a warm blending shade, adding some sunset vibes to this look!

After applying the eye primer, I started off with the outer blending - contrary to what I always do. So, first of all I applied Antique White on the brow bone, then Narciso right below (both by NABLA). Done that, I applied Fashion Addict by Makeup Geek on the crease, blending it with Narciso; right below the purple shade I applied the blue one, aka Boo Berry by MUG, right into the crease. Then a lot of "wax on, wax off" followed, since I wanted the purple and the blue shadows to blend smoothly and evenly. I worked on the blending really a lot and, once I was satisfied with it, I applied the lid shade - Poolside, again by MUG.

On the lower lid I decided to use different shades: first of all I applied Shark Bait, a matte teal, then I applied Pegasus (Foiled Eyeshadow) close to the lashes. On the lashline I applied and smudged Nocturne by NABLA - trying not to overwhelm Pegasus, I wanted it to be bright and noticeable.
On the inner corner I applied Sensuelle, and on a second thought I decided to blend Petra on Narciso to make the transition a little warmer.
I applied a black eyepencil on the waterlines (both lower and upper, as usual), and of course I applied some eyeliner too.
Lastly, I applied false lashes and mascara to complete the look.

  1. Resto sempre estasiata dai tuoi look. Questi colori li avevo usati anche io per un mio make up di qualche anno fa...ma mai come te, è ovvio. Io così precisa non lo sono mai stata. Baci.
